This Rover's Crossed Over

I'm sure this song has been recorded by many artists over the years. The versions I found online to grab the lyrics associates it with Louie Armstrong and Cyndi Lauper. The one I keep thinking of, though, is from a movie called "Mrs. Winterbourne." Ricki Lake was the title character and it was a movie based on an old classic called "A Man of Her Own." Mistaken identity, love lost and found, etc. The usual drill. Anyway, I was thinking of this song today, and thought I would share the lyrics. Enjoy....
